Lenora Conger RN, Administrator, CEO
Lenora Conger, owner and CEO of Pine Tree Home Health Care is a native of Maine growing up in Bethel. After receiving her diploma in nursing, Lenora began her career as a charge nurse at Mercy Hospital. In 1972 she enlisted in the US Air Force Nurse Corp. during the Vietnam Era where she served as a 1st Lieutenant until 1975 when she returned home to Maine. As a veteran she can assist fellow veterans in obtaining the resources needed to improve their quality of life and maintain their ability to remain in their home. She has worked for numerous hospitals and home health care services with a strong history in mental health. Lenora assisted Pen Bay Medical Center in opening a inpatient mental health facility with in the hospital. In 1993, Lenora stepped down from a position of Manager of Reconsideration in the Medicare Division at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine. With this step she focused her strength not only on her family but as well on her community, where she has served many years as a selectman for New Gloucester. She again returned to the home health care arena where she has served in the capacity of Administrator. She has also worked as a management consultant for a national firm and assisted small hospitals in Maine to develop hospital based home health care agencies. In December 2002 Lynn opened the doors to Pine Tree Home Health Care with the hopes to enhance the quality of home healthcare herself. Her strong background in home health makes her a key player in targeting populations in need and the knowledge to meet those needs.
Karen Gilles RN BSN, Assistant Director of Nursing
Karen grew up in New Gloucester where she attended Eastgate Christian Academy. While in college she worked at Pine Tree Home Health as a PSS and received her CNA certificate. She went on to further her education and received her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from the University of Maine, Orono. Karen began her career at Maine Medical Center where she practiced cardiac telemetry/med surgical nursing for two years. After this she went on to perform out patient dialysis at Androscoggin Kidney Center in Auburn, Maine. Since the birth of her daughter in 2008 she has assumed the Assistant Director of Nursing role here at Pine Tree Home Health Care. Karen currently resides in New Gloucester with her husband, Brian and two daughters Hannah and Alexis. She is proud to announce her upcoming role in the December production of the Nutcracker as Granny.
Clara Neal, Administrative Assistant
Clara born and raised in Pownal where she attended a one room school house until 8th grade. She graduated from Gray New Gloucester High School as she was the first graduating class. Clara had worked at Cole Farms in Gray, as waitress and dining room manager. She then furthered her career with several other companies where she held an administrative assistant position. She has enjoyed her retirement in 2009 when she started at Pine Tree Home Health Care. Along with her husband, two children, three step children, fourteen grandchildren, and one great grandson she enjoys being semi-retired and her time spent at Pine Tree Home Health Care. Clara is a jack of all trades! There isn't anything at Pine Tree Home Health Care Inc that Clara hasn't mastered.
Allen Campbell, Operations Manager
What can we say about Allen? Well, honestly he is the MAN! His has the ability to take on new challenges while mastering his already multitude of skills. His sense of humor and wit keep us on our toes all of the time. He is truly a master of all trades and there is nothing here that is unable to do. We have been lucky to have him on our team since 2012.
Katlyn Bourret, Support Specialist
Katlyn joined our team in 2017 hitting the ground running as a valuable asset to our agency. She lives in New Gloucester with her husband, kitty-cat, and newly adopted dog. When not eagerly helping all of us with every task presented to her, she enjoys spending lots of time outdoors, and baking indoors. With a recent background in a medical office, she has been able to put a smiling voice front and center to our clients and caregivers. Her adaptability and clever thinking will help her as she takes on every challenge thrown her way; taking on more responsibility in billing and accounts.
Barbara Hamilton, Scheduling Coordinator
Barbara Hamilton joined our team July 2016! She is a loving mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family, and friends. She excels at customer service and her bubbly upbeat personality makes her the perfect fit. Her out of the box thinking will be a huge asset to our agency. She has been a customer service representative for both Maine Medical Center and Martin's Point Health Care so she has plenty of experience in meeting the needs of not only our consumers but our employees also. We are so excited to welcome Barbara to the team.
Katherine D'Auteuil, Home Care Manager
Katherine D'Auteuil was hired in July 2015 as the Home Care Manager for Pine Tree Home Health Care. Her previous work experience at MAS Home Care of Maine has provided her with excellent leadership skills and customer service. Katherine has a passion for home care and she strives to provide her staff with endless support and provide her clients with unwavering support and quality home care to remain in their homes. She is an advocate for both the staff and the clients in which we serve. Katherine adds an upbeat positive attitude to our team.
